Product Manager (Digital Health)

Location: Hybrid, New York City; typically 3–5 days per week in the Manhattan office

Salary: $155,000–$185,000 per year

What you will do

• Work directly with clinical and operations teams to map, prototype, and refine high-touch care workflows combining in-person services with digital touchpoints.
• Own end-to-end user flows for premium membership offerings and make multidisciplinary care personalized and easy to navigate.
• Define product requirements and logistics for remote diagnostic workflows, continuous monitoring, home-based testing, and engagement tracking.
• Establish qualitative feedback loops with clinic staff, operations leads, and members to improve the ongoing health optimization journey.
• Identify friction points and propose new product capabilities that improve member outcomes and care quality.
• Collaborate with software engineers, designers, clinicians, operational coordinators, and research physicians.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Track record of owning complex 0-to-1 products that combine digital interfaces with physical or in-person execution.
• Experience building clinical products in digital health startups, executive physical programs, premium health clinics, diagnostics, or adjacent areas.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills across technical, operational, and clinical stakeholders.
• Comfort using product analytics and qualitative feedback to set development priorities.
• Ability to establish structured product parameters in an ambiguous, hyper-growth startup environment.
