Salary: $136,000 - $187,000

What you will do

• Define and execute product strategy for clinical oncology workflow applications.
• Lead the design and rollout of production-ready AI/ML capabilities to reduce cognitive burden for clinicians.
• Own the entire product lifecycle from initial concept through launch and iterative updates.
• Drive product discovery via stakeholder partnerships, user research, and data insights.
• Establish KPIs for clinical workflow efficiency and product adoption.
• Communicate product vision and roadmaps to internal teams, customers, and vendor partners.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the New York office (Hybrid).
• 3+ years of proven product management experience in software, SaaS, or healthcare technology.
• BA/BS degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in AI/ML-enabled product development.
• Customer-centric B2B/Enterprise mindset with exceptional communication skills.
• Strong analytical and prioritization skills to manage competing priorities autonomously.
