TL;DR
ADMS Lead Engineer (ADMS/OMS): Leading implementation and delivery of Advanced Distribution Management System and Outage Management System workstreams with an accent on SCADA, DMS, network modeling, integrations, testing, and system readiness. Focus on coordinating technical activities across the project lifecycle, resolving complex system issues, and ensuring reliable cutover and post-go-live support.

Location: Phoenix, Arizona, United States; candidates near other hirify.global offices may also be considered. Travel up to 25% is required.

Salary: USD 154,523.20–165,000 per year. An annual discretionary bonus may also be available.

What you will do

  • Lead ADMS implementation projects across SCADA, OMS, DMS, network modeling, integrations, and testing workstreams.
  • Guide the technical solution and coordinate activities across design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Ensure system integrity, operational readiness, and the absence of critical defects before cutover.
  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting and advisory support across projects and proposals.
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, project stakeholders, and system development teams to align requirements and deliverables.
  • Develop technical standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes while ensuring contractual compliance.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience with ADMS or OMS implementations and in-depth knowledge of at least one major workstream.
  • Hands-on experience with major ADMS vendors such as GE, Aspen Tech/OSII, ABB, Schneider Electric, or Oracle.
  • Experience with DMS, OMS, and SCADA installations, data migration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment.
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, communication, team-building, and motivational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Ability to work from Phoenix, Arizona, and travel up to 25%.
