Enterprise Leadership Development Lead

What you will do

• Lead facilitation for enterprise high-potential, leadership, and core development programs.
• Design and deliver multi-session virtual and in-person cohort experiences that build leadership capability and readiness.
• Translate business strategy into experiential learning that drives behavior change and workplace application.
• Coach HR and business leaders through feedback, modeling, and train-the-trainer approaches.
• Contribute to talent management, succession, performance, and program operating models.
• Use participant feedback, business input, and program data to define success indicators and improve programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, adult learning, business, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or organizational development.
• Significant experience facilitating leadership or high-potential programs and designing cohort-based learning experiences.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing without formal authority.
• Strong executive presence, communication, systems thinking, and group facilitation skills.
• Experience partnering with HRIS and IT on talent systems such as Workday Talent is preferred.

Nice to have

• Advanced facilitation training or certification, such as ATD or IAF.
• Experience facilitating executive-level groups, supporting change initiatives, and reinforcing behavior adoption.
