Workplace Empowerment Training Instructor

Location: Hybrid delivery at or near Fort Liberty, North Carolina, with virtual instruction across the Southeastern United States and U.S. East Coast.

What you will do

• Develop lesson plans and deliver workplace empowerment training in classroom and virtual formats.
• Facilitate learning for civilian professionals, supervisors, and emerging leaders in an Army Reserve leadership development environment.
• Teach employee engagement, trust, accountability, communication, recognition, professional growth, and organizational development concepts.
• Conduct assessments and provide participant coaching and feedback.
• Integrate LMS platforms, audio/visual technologies, interactive exercises, and performance-based learning methods.
• Support curriculum updates and survey-driven improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5–10+ years of professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development experience.
• Experience supporting DOD or military-sector clients is required as a target background.
• Skills in adult learning, communication, curriculum delivery, virtual instruction, and assessment.
• Leadership, collaboration, problem solving, adaptability, and customer focus.
• NACI eligibility is required; in-person and virtual delivery are part of the role.

Nice to have

• Instructional certifications.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.
