Executive Coach (Leadership Development)

Location: Hybrid on/off client site and virtual delivery in Fort Liberty, North Carolina, and the Southeastern United States/U.S. East Coast region.

What you will do

• Deliver structured one-on-one executive coaching sessions in virtual or in-person settings.
• Assess leadership strengths, development barriers, communication skills, and business acumen.
• Create actionable leadership development and performance improvement plans.
• Support leadership effectiveness, decision-making, influence, resilience, and organizational impact.
• Use leadership assessments, facilitated dialogue, interactive exercises, and performance-based learning methods.
• Support the USARC Civilian Leadership & Development Program in a Department of Defense environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in leadership development, executive coaching, or organizational consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree or certified coaching credential is preferred.
• Executive coaching, leadership assessment, facilitation, communication, and emotional intelligence expertise.
• Competence in leadership development, strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, influence, and resilience.
• Relevant Department of Defense or military-sector experience is desired.
• NACI eligibility is required.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or certified coaching credential.
• Experience supporting civilian leadership development and training programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.
