EPC Operations Training Manager

Location: Hybrid with regular in-office presence in San Diego, CA; Edison, NJ; or Bend, OR. Travel to company offices and jobsites is required as needed.

Salary: $106,669–$128,003 per year

What you will do

• Own assigned Operations topics by partnering with subject matter experts and developing, maintaining, and delivering training curricula.
• Develop and facilitate project management training focused on change management, monthly forecasting, contract administration and compliance, and project controls.
• Create training materials, job aids, workshops, e-learning content, structured learning paths, and formal training programs.
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on systems training for Operations personnel.
• Build expertise in CMiC, Ramco, Maximo, and other Operations project management systems, covering both system functionality and business purpose.
• Identify training gaps, measure learning effectiveness, and communicate opportunities to improve standards and processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of commercial or utility-scale EPC construction experience as a Project or Field Engineer, Project Manager, Superintendent, Project Controller, or in a combination of these roles.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, including change management, contracting, monthly project forecasting, and ERP management software.
• Hands-on ERP experience is required; CMiC experience is preferred.
• Experience with virtual training tools such as Zoom and Teams, plus strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong presentation, communication, organizational, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, including the ability to facilitate events for at least 20 people.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future.
