What you will do

• Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify capability needs and develop learning solutions aligned with strategic priorities.
• Design, implement, facilitate, and continuously improve leadership development, professional skills, and workplace learning programs.
• Deliver instructor-led workshops and development experiences for leaders and high-potential employees.
• Measure learner engagement, program effectiveness, business impact, and return on investment using learning metrics and data.
• Provide learning consulting expertise and support organizational change and business transformation initiatives.
• Manage external vendors, learning technologies, and content providers while ensuring scalable solutions that meet global and local business requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of Learning & Development experience.
• Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and leadership development.
• Experience designing, implementing, facilitating, and evaluating learning programs in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and HR stakeholders across global and cross-functional teams.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Professional certification in coaching, psychometric assessment, organizational development, learning consulting, or a related field.
