Apartment Community Manager - The Rosery

Location: Largo, Florida, USA; the role supports an apartment community in Tampa, Florida

Salary: $75,000–$80,000 per year plus a 15% target bonus opportunity and commissions for new leases and renewals.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of at least two direct reports.
• Direct property operations, leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident services.
• Manage the property budget, increase revenue, and achieve operational and financial goals.
• Drive leasing activities, revenue growth, resident satisfaction, and adherence to legal standards and company policies.
• Mentor and coach a diverse group of team members while delivering high-quality customer service.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in sales, customer service, and asset management, ideally in property management or a related industry.
• At least two years of leadership experience in property management and two to four years of experience leading sales and customer service teams.
• Florida Real Estate License preferred, or willingness to obtain one within six months.
• Experience using sales processes and metrics to drive results.
• General understanding of financials and budgets, plus knowledge of property management systems such as Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, or Salesforce.
• Availability to work the community's office hours, typically Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and reliable transportation.
