Community Manager - Broadcast Center

Location: Los Angeles, California, USA; regular Tuesday–Saturday schedule, 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 yearly, plus a 15% target bonus opportunity and commissions for new leases and renewals.

What you will do

• Lead, develop, mentor, and coach a diverse team.
• Direct apartment community operations, leasing, and maintenance activities.
• Provide high-quality service to residents and team members.
• Manage the property budget, increase revenue, and achieve operational and financial goals.
• Use sales processes and performance metrics to drive leasing and renewal results.
• Ensure adherence to legal standards and company policies.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in sales, customer service, and asset management, ideally in property management or a similar industry.
• At least two years of experience in a property management leadership role.
• Two to four years of experience leading teams in a competitive sales and customer service environment.
• General understanding of financials and budgets.
• Knowledge of property management systems and tools such as Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, or Salesforce.
• Flexible availability for community office hours and reliable transportation required.
