Regional Property Manager (Multifamily Property Management)

Location: Thornton, Colorado, USA; field-based role with onsite visits to portfolio communities 4–5 days per week

Salary: USD 120,000–140,000 per year plus annual target bonus

What you will do

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple multifamily communities in Northern Colorado.
• Maintain a regular onsite presence, visiting communities 4–5 days per week to support teams, evaluate operations, and drive results.
• Lead, coach, and develop Community Managers and onsite teams.
• Oversee new-build, lease-up, mature, and stabilized communities, adapting strategies to each property's needs.
• Manage budgets, revenue growth, expenses, leasing performance, occupancy, resident retention, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with maintenance and operations teams while ensuring compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and operational standards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, and asset management, ideally in property management or a similar industry.
• 5+ years of consistent experience leading large teams in competitive sales and customer service environments with demonstrated results.
• Experience leading multiple multifamily communities and geographically dispersed onsite teams.
• Strong operational, financial, budgeting, sales, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Ability and willingness to spend most of the workweek onsite at properties throughout the portfolio.
• Knowledge of property management systems and tools such as OneSite, SmartRent, and Salesforce.
