Mgr - Program Management

Location: Oshkosh, Wisconsin, United States

Salary: $103,300–$177,700 per year across U.S. locations.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop project managers delivering mid- to large-scale projects.
• Oversee planning, prioritization, execution, and delivery across multiple concurrent projects and programs.
• Establish project governance standards, templates, tools, and portfolio review practices.
• Track portfolio health, budgets, schedules, risks, opportunities, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate delivery across Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, IT, and Product teams.
• Drive process improvement, root cause analysis, Lean Six Sigma practices, dashboards, analytics, and KPI reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6 or more years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 2 years of experience managing direct or matrixed reports.
• Experience with project lifecycle methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
• Strong stakeholder communication, organizational leadership, and project portfolio management skills.
• Ability to support compliance with procedures, industry regulations, and project frameworks including ISO 9001, ITAR, and CMMI.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree, PMP, PgMP, Agile leadership, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with product development, digital transformation, or MES/ERP systems.
• Experience developing dashboards and KPI reporting for complex portfolios.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Primavera P6, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with federal compliance such as ITAR and FCPA and enterprise maturity models such as CMMI.
