Lead SAP ERP Program Management

Salary: $119,710–$152,329 per year

What you will do

• Lead global SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, including greenfield implementations, major enhancements, application development, and process modernization.
• Plan, govern, execute, and deliver complex ERP programs across multiple workstreams.
• Manage project plans, dependencies, budgets, resources, risks, issues, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Guide cross-functional business and technology teams through discovery, design, implementation, hypercare, and sustainment.
• Apply SAP Activate methodology, Agile delivery practices, and SAP Solution Manager governance processes.
• Drive organizational change, user adoption, executive reporting, performance measurement, and business value realization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of program management, project management, or related leadership experience delivering complex enterprise technology initiatives.
• At least 5 years of experience with SAP ERP solutions across multiple versions and business process domains.
• Experience leading full-lifecycle SAP implementations and global rollouts using global template deployment methodology.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA transformation, SAP Activate, Agile delivery, SAP Solution Manager, governance, planning, risk management, and resource management.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills; willingness to travel as needed.

Nice to have

• PMP or similar project management certification.
• SAP training or certification in Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Finance, Supply Chain, or related business processes.
• SAP Activate Methodology or SAP Solution Manager certification.
