Strategic Operations Program Manager

Location: Hybrid work across office and field settings, including equipment yards, inspection sites, and customer or vendor locations; travel of approximately 10–25% may be required. The programs cover North America.

Salary: $60,050–$75,090 per year.

What you will do

• Own strategic account program execution from intake through completion across inspection, yard operations, logistics, refurbishment, redeployment, and resale.
• Translate contractual requirements into operational workflows, task sequences, milestones, and scalable service plans.
• Coordinate Sales, Operations, Logistics, Inspection, Finance, Analytics, customers, and third-party vendors across multiple sites.
• Monitor asset cycle time, service quality, recovery value, vendor performance, and other program KPIs.
• Maintain governance trackers, action registers, status logs, executive summaries, and Monthly Business Review materials.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements, standardization, and change management initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and 3+ years of experience in program management, operations, or asset lifecycle environments.
• Experience coordinating distributed teams, sites, yards, logistics providers, and vendors.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or comparable business intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with ERP, asset management, logistics, or inventory systems such as MARS, Enrich, Oracle, Mercury, or PO/Cost.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, organizational, and operational problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work safely in outdoor industrial environments, walk on uneven surfaces, stand for extended periods, use required PPE, and occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.

Nice to have

• Experience in multi-site operations, heavy equipment, logistics, or industrial services.
• Experience with Looker or similar reporting and dashboard tools.
