Project/Program Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Santa Clara, CA; Austin, TX; Dallas-Richardson, TX; Hillsboro, OR; or Phoenix, AZ. Travel required up to 20% of the time. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $116,000–$159,500 per year, with potential bonus and stock award compensation.

What you will do

• Translate complex field and operational data into actionable productivity opportunities.
• Build and manage a prioritized pipeline of initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams across regions and functions to deliver measurable productivity gains.
• Establish program governance, accountability, reporting, and decision-making forums.
• Develop standard work processes, performance dashboards, and change management frameworks to support adoption.
• Embed improvements into daily operations and track their long-term impact and sustainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, operations management, mechanical engineering, systems engineering, data science, analytics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, service operations, manufacturing, industrial engineering, productivity improvement, or continuous improvement.
• Experience with cycle time reduction, cost optimization, process improvement, and Lean implementation.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects or transformation initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong data orientation, including working with dashboards such as Power BI or Tableau and translating data into operational improvements.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time and work from one of the listed US locations.

Nice to have

• Master of Business Administration.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Project or program management certification such as PMP or Agile.
• Experience leading global programs, working with field operations, or driving adoption of productivity tools.
• Experience delivering end-to-end transformation from strategy and analysis through implementation and sustainment.
