Application Specialist Geomatics (Geomatics)

Location: Remote, based in Italy, with regular visits to the hirify.global Training Centre in Modena and travel across Italy and EMEA up to approximately 40%. The role may include work on construction jobsites and around heavy equipment.

Salary: €50,000–€60,000 gross yearly, plus a company car.

What you will do

• Provide technical support to dealers, distribution partners, and end customers across Italy and EMEA.
• Support Capture Reality, scanning, SLAM, GNSS, surveying, construction, and hybrid positioning workflows.
• Act as a subject-matter expert for MAGNET Field, Office, and Online software modules.
• Prepare and deliver technical training online and at the Modena training centre.
• Create customer and dealer learning content for myhirify.global, myhirify.global NOW!, and eLearning programs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Platform, and Professional Services teams across Italy and EMEA.

Requirements

• Degree or technical background in Geodesy, Survey Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in surveying, Capture Reality, SLAM, scanning, construction, agriculture control applications, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction jobsite processes and field workflows.
• Good understanding of Capture Reality software and digital workflows.
• Excellent written and spoken Italian and English are required.
• Training mindset, customer focus, and the ability to explain technical topics clearly.
