MedTech Surgery Analytical Characterization Intern (MedTech)

Location: Raritan, New Jersey, United States; onsite

Salary: $23.50–$52.50 per hour

What you will do

• Perform hands-on wet chemistry and chromatography experiments supporting new product development and lifecycle management.
• Prepare samples, conduct testing, collect and analyze data, and report results.
• Log in and manage samples submitted by the stability group.
• Develop analytical methods and contribute to new product development project teams.
• Maintain laboratory notebooks and documentation in accordance with company procedures and FDA/ICH guidelines.
• Communicate results through clear verbal and written reports while following laboratory safety and environmental practices.

Requirements

• Completion of the undergraduate freshman year at an accredited university.
• Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Basic chemistry laboratory skills and strong communication and writing skills.
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the United States and must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be available to work full time, 40 hours per week, with reliable transportation to the Raritan workplace.

Nice to have

• Bench work experience in chemistry.
