Center Operations Manager, LPN

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day health center operations and clinical support staff.
• Maintain regulatory, procedural, licensing, privacy, and AAAHC compliance standards.
• Manage supply and pharmacy inventory, ordering, operational workflows, KPIs, and process improvement recommendations.
• Provide hands-on LPN care, including vital signs, medication and injection administration, wound care, specimen collection, patient triage, and provider assistance.
• Manage staffing schedules, timecards, attendance, staff meetings, and personnel issues.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, employee development, performance management, succession planning, and competency training.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in the practicing state.
• Current classroom-led American Heart Association BLS or CPR card.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three to five years of healthcare leadership experience preferred, or at least two years of hirify.global health center operations experience.
• Experience with practice management, electronic medical records, venipuncture, injections, vital signs, and patient triage or assessment.
• Current immunization records, including Hepatitis B and PPD; ability to work at multiple locations and perform physical patient and equipment handling duties.
