Strategic Finance Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid, three days per week in the office at offices in Portland, Medford, Fargo, Burlington, Vancouver, Renton, Boise, Lewiston, or Salt Lake City. Candidates must reside within commutable distance of the selected office.

Salary: $84,200–$113,900 expected hiring range in Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Idaho; $81,679.31–$110,507.30 expected hiring range in North Dakota. Bonus target: 10% where specified.

What you will do

• Serve as a finance business partner by providing financial guidance and support to business areas.
• Build budgets, forecasts, financial models, and variance analyses using advanced analytical techniques and complex financial systems.
• Prepare cost-benefit, return on investment, and capital resource analyses for new business opportunities, proposals, contracts, and product development.
• Support cost savings, process improvement, financial governance, and oversight initiatives.
• Coordinate and monitor multiple work streams and identify cross-functional business impacts.
• Provide presentations, training, and consulting support to departments, analysts, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, economics, statistics, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of financial analysis, business principles, applicable policies, and procedures.
• Strong communication, presentation, decision-making, consultation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work three days per week in an office and reside within commuting distance of a listed location.
• Ability to analyze issues and alternatives across multiple business areas.

Nice to have

• CPA, CMA, MBA, or ASA qualification.
