What you will do

• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Partner with GTM leaders to analyze pipeline performance, quota attainment, and revenue trends.
• Collaborate with Operations to translate operational drivers into financial outcomes and improve unit economics.
• Build executive-level reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into business performance.
• Manage the monthly and quarterly close process, identifying and communicating financial variances.
• Support M&A and fundraising processes, including due diligence and valuation analysis.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or private equity.
• Proven ability to own analytical projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.
• Experience translating complex financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets modeling, BI platforms, and SQL or data querying tools.
• Clear and structured communication skills for presenting to executive audiences.
• Must be based in the United States

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or healthcare technology company.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar ERP and CRM platforms.
