What you will do

• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Analyze sales pipeline performance, quota attainment, and revenue trends to inform go-to-market strategy.
• Partner with Operations to translate operational drivers into financial outcomes and improve visibility into unit economics.
• Build executive-level reporting and dashboards for business performance.
• Drive monthly and quarterly finance close activities, investigate variances, and communicate findings.
• Support M&A and fundraising processes, including financial due diligence, valuation analysis, and investor materials.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or a similarly rigorous finance environment.
• Ability to own analytical projects end-to-end and deliver clear recommendations with minimal oversight.
• Experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders and explaining complex financial information clearly.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning tools, Excel or Google Sheets modeling, BI platforms, and SQL or data querying tools.
• First-principles problem-solving, structured communication, and confidence presenting to executive audiences.
• High ownership, proactive risk identification, and accountability for outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or healthcare technology company.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar ERP and CRM platforms.
• Additional exposure to SQL or data querying tools for self-serve financial analysis.
