Worker's Compensation Case Manager

What you will do

• Oversee and manage workers' compensation claims for injured workers within a self-insured framework.
• Coordinate medical care and communication with injured employees, medical providers, and management.
• Facilitate return-to-work programs and promote safe, efficient work environments.
• Ensure claims activities comply with applicable workers' compensation laws and regulations.
• Manage multiple cases, assess complex information, and implement timely solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, nursing, or a related field is desirable.
• At least 2 years of experience in workers' compensation case management, preferably in a self-insured environment.
• Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases with attention to detail and empathy for injured workers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
