E2E Supply Chain Product Planner (Pharma)

Location: Framingham, MA, Cambridge, MA, or Morristown, NJ; US and Puerto Rico residents only

What you will do

• Plan end-to-end supply for a portfolio of rare disease products across 0–3-month S&OE and 4–36-month IBP horizons.
• Balance market demand and available supply, identify gaps, and coordinate mitigation actions.
• Manage net demand propagation, validation, and product deployment plans in Kinaxis.
• Create, maintain, document, and govern product master data and planning parameters.
• Contribute to monthly IBP and weekly S&OE decision cycles with Markets Supply Chain, Global Supply Planning, Logistics, Franchise, Regulatory, and Finance stakeholders.
• Support product strategy and budget planning with data-driven insights and system updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, inventory, or a related field.
• Strong supply chain planning background, preferably in pharmaceuticals, including experience building plans and aligning stakeholders.
• Proficiency with advanced planning systems such as Kinaxis, SAP, dVSM, or Plai.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing quality systems and regulatory submissions.
• Experience working in matrix environments with cross-functional and globally distributed stakeholders.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Background in business administration, supply chain management, engineering, operations management, logistics, or a related field.
• Advanced experience with IBP and S&OE processes.
• APICS certification.
• Experience with financials and budgeting.
