Senior Specialist, Supply Network Planner

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for Business Unit leaders on end-to-end supply planning.
• Establish global stocking and planning strategies by SKU, including make-to-stock, assemble-to-order, and buy-to-order models.
• Coordinate MRP settings and manage rough-cut capacity planning across production planning and operations teams.
• Balance global supply and demand, make allocation decisions, and support monthly S&OP and S&OE processes.
• Optimize inventory, safety stock, days-on-hand, and excess or obsolete inventory levels.
• Act as the subject matter expert for SAP-enabled forecasting, demand planning, purchasing, production scheduling, and distribution planning processes.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience in inventory planning and control, production planning, scheduling, and distribution planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent qualification.
• Hands-on experience with MRP or ERP systems, including inventory control, materials requirements planning, distribution planning, item master settings, demand planning, and production planning.
• Experience executing S&OP processes and analyzing supply, demand, capacity, and inventory data with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and decision-making skills in cross-functional and matrixed environments.

Nice to have

• Experience as a master scheduler.
• APICS CPIM or CIRM certification.
