Planner 1/Master Scheduler (Genomics Manufacturing)

Location: US - Colorado - Boulder; onsite

Base salary: $68,400–$102,600 per year, plus eligibility for variable cash compensation and equity for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Maintain planning master data, bills of materials, production orders, and accurate MRP output for assigned products.
• Coordinate product and material demand to build master production schedules aligned with production capacity.
• Lead weekly production planning meetings and align schedules with Manufacturing teams.
• Track schedule adherence, utilization, inventory, replenishment, cycle counting, and production mix flexibility across multiple work centers.
• Coordinate requirements and resources across Procurement, suppliers, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Accounts Payable to resolve shipment and invoice discrepancies.
• Represent Supply Chain in company projects, process improvement programs, and ERP-related initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of related experience, an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with ERP and supply chain planning systems in Buyer/Planner, production planning, or master planning roles within manufacturing or operations.
• Experience using computerized ERP or inventory management systems; SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is preferred.
• Ability to develop solutions for multi-mode manufacturing and planning processes and assess the implications of product or process changes.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, multitask, build effective relationships, and influence stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex issues clearly to peers and management.
