Supply Planner (Pharmaceutical Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Plan inventory for Rx and SRx products to meet market demand and maintain continuous product availability.
• Oversee the movement of goods from production through delivery to end customers.
• Track, analyze, and report supply chain performance indicators while optimizing inventory holdings and minimizing excess stock.
• Coordinate with project management, marketing, and procurement teams on new product and SKU launches.
• Work with external manufacturing and quality teams to facilitate daily batch releases.
• Perform inventory reconciliations, maintain master data, and coordinate product returns, destruction, write-offs, and disposition decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in a pharmaceutical supply chain environment.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and strong communication, analytical, investigative, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or Kinaxis.
