Sales Engineer (AI/ML)

What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end Generative and Agentic AI solutions combined with data science and machine learning models for enterprise customers.
• Build custom AI/ML agents and applications using the H2O AI stack for industry-specific use cases.
• Support LLM selection, evaluation, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and scalable GenAI/RAG pipeline development.
• Design enterprise AI architectures covering cloud, on-premises, hybrid infrastructure, networking, security, IAM, governance, scalability, and reliability.
• Define deployment patterns with customer DevOps, MLOps, platform, and infrastructure teams, including Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, and release governance.
• Run customer training, workshops, hackathons, and boot camps while translating technical results into business impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, and AI, including enterprise customer projects.
• Strong expertise in LLMs and GenAI, including fine-tuning, evaluation, RAG, LLMOps, guardrails, and custom LLM solutions.
• Experience with predictive AI algorithms such as regression, ensemble methods, neural networks, NLP, forecasting, and anomaly detection.
• Proficiency in Python and standard data science and machine learning libraries and frameworks.
• Experience with H2O products or comparable AI/ML platforms, plus familiarity with MLOps and production monitoring tools.
• Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident. Strong customer-facing communication and solution design skills are required.

• Published AI blogs, talks, or open-source contributions.
• Experience running enterprise AI hackathons, boot camps, or innovation workshops.
