Enterprise Customer Engineer (Cloudflare)

Location: Hybrid in Singapore, with frequent travel to Indonesia; travel may reach 20–50%.

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery and validation with Account Executives, mapping enterprise infrastructure to hirify.global architectures across DNS, CDN, Zero Trust, network security, and Workers.
• Define PoC and technical validation plans, success criteria, architectural diagrams, demonstrations, and deployment strategies.
• Guide customer onboarding, migrations, and adoption through tailored blueprints, configuration best practices, health monitoring, and risk remediation.
• Own technical relationships throughout the customer lifecycle, including QBRs, renewals, expansion, and translation of platform capabilities into business value.
• Support new business acquisition and account growth through quota-carrying, revenue-aligned technical advisory.
• Use AI agents, LLMs, scripting, and internal platforms to automate RFP responses, sandbox provisioning, telemetry monitoring, and documentation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Professional Services, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Forward Deployed Engineering.
• Ability to design and clearly explain complex enterprise network and security architectures.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, consultative, and advisory skills for both engineers and C-level executives.
• Experience in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environments, with understanding of SaaS metrics, business value, and enterprise sales cycles.
• Depth in at least four relevant areas, including Internet fundamentals, security, performance, AI proficiency, coding/scripting, and developer platforms.
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; frequent travel to Indonesia is required, with direct client communication in Bahasa Indonesia.

Nice to have

• Experience creating technical enablement materials, workshops, code samples, documentation, or developer onboarding programs.
• Knowledge of LLM orchestration, RAG architectures, and model-access controls.
• Understanding of PCI DSS, HIPAA, and SOC 2 requirements.
• Background in hyperscalers, digital-native companies, distributed systems environments, or startups.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia.
