Fullstack Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Help establish the New York office by setting a high bar for builder culture and execution.
• Build systems that run live customer conversations and execute real actions under strict latency and reliability requirements.
• Develop evaluation, observability, and production tooling to measure agent behavior and accelerate improvement.
• Work directly with customers to understand workflows, gather feedback, and turn pain points into product features.
• Own end-to-end delivery from specification through production for systems that keep agents operating continuously.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience delivering user-facing software at scale across multiple release cycles.
• Strong ownership, autonomy, clean coding practices, and comfort solving ambiguous problems.
• Full-stack fluency with React, TypeScript, Python, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to translate stakeholder goals into technical specifications and explain architectural trade-offs to engineering and business audiences.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, embeddings, or RAG patterns.
