Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: Must be based in San Francisco and able to work onsite 5 days a week

Compensation: $100,000 – $250,000 + 0.1% – 0.5% equity

What you will do

• Build and scale both consumer-facing and enterprise-grade software components.
• Optimize system architecture to handle high concurrency and reduce interviewer response latency.
• Fine-tune AI models to improve performance and reduce hallucinations.
• Integrate the platform with various internal customer hiring systems.
• Collaborate directly with the founding team to launch new product features.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Javascript (Typescript, React, Node, Next) and Python.
• Experience with Cloud/DevOps tools including Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and scalability.
• Must be able to work in-person in San Francisco 5 days a week.
