Fullstack Software Engineer (Proptech)

What you will do

• Build and ship full-stack features using modern backend and frontend frameworks.
• Design and optimize database schemas for geospatial queries on large datasets.
• Write production-quality code deployed through CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with product, design, and account management to translate customer needs into features.
• Use AI tooling daily as part of the development workflow.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 3+ years professional experience with Python and TypeScript/React or similar.
• Strong experience with relational databases and RESTful API design.
• Comfort working across full stack and shipping features in production with CI/CD.
• Experience with AI development tooling.
• Strong product ownership and familiarity with fast-paced startup environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with geospatial data (parcel data, map layers).
• Experience with major cloud platforms.
• Background in proptech, real estate, or construction technology.
