Fullstack Developer (Proptech)

Location: Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Role is flexible (remote, hybrid, or onsite in Portland, OR).

What you will do

• Build and ship full-stack features across the core platform using modern frameworks.
• Design and optimize database schemas for complex geospatial queries.
• Write production-quality code deployed through automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with product, design, and account management teams to translate customer needs into features.
• Utilize AI tooling daily as a standard part of the engineering workflow.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and on-call rotations.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with Python and TypeScript/React.
• Strong experience with relational databases and RESTful API design.
• Proven ability to build end-to-end features from database to UI.
• Experience shipping features in a production environment with CI/CD.
• Comfort with AI development tooling and a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks.
• Experience with geospatial data (parcel data, map layers).
• Experience with major cloud platforms.
• Background in proptech, real estate, or construction technology.
