Customer Service Representative

Location: Sudbury, Ontario, Canada; onsite branch-based role

Salary: $20.00 per hour. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is also offered to eligible applicants.

IAA, an RB Global company within hirify.global, operates a global marketplace providing technology-enabled auction, vehicle marketing, and transaction services.

What you will do

• Provide customer support by mail, telephone, and direct personal contact.
• Process orders and assignments and enter information into internal computer systems.
• Reference pricing and delivery information and respond to customer questions and requests.
• Create new records and maintain existing customer and operational records.
• Complete word processing, filing, paperwork, and approval activities for auction days.
• Assist with other office and branch duties as needed.

Requirements

• Comfortable communicating with customers and strong interpersonal skills.
• Digital literacy and the ability to enter data into computer systems.
• Good time management and the ability to work independently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues as a team player.
• Professional and clean appearance.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Nice to have

• Bilingual communication skills.
