Customer Care Representative (AS400)

Location: Surrey, British Columbia, Canada — on-site

Salary: CAD 50,000–65,000 per year

What you will do

• Process customer orders using web-based applications and the BPCS AS400 system.
• Respond promptly to internal and external customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Check stock, handle pricing requests, and address general customer questions.
• Source and expedite products to meet customer requirements.
• Support the outside sales team and coordinate with supply chain and distribution partners.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer needs while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in customer relations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong people skills and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Decision-making, problem-solving, creative thinking, emotional intelligence, and business integrity.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications; a university degree or college diploma is preferred.
