Sr eFuse Device Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Design and execute experiments to develop and optimize eFuse device performance and reliability.
• Perform electrical characterization of eFuse structures and interpret measurement results.
• Analyze device behavior, variability, and failure mechanisms using data-driven methods.
• Collaborate with design, process, test, and reliability teams on test structures and validation plans.
• Develop test methodologies for eFuse qualification across semiconductor technologies.
• Drive root-cause analysis, propose solutions, and communicate technical results to stakeholders and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 0–5 years of experience in semiconductor device engineering, characterization, or a related field.
• Background in semiconductor devices and electrical characterization.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Python, MATLAB, JMP, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Cadence tools for layout or simulation, alongside strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Fluent written and verbal English required; travel up to 10%.

• Experience with semiconductor device reliability and qualification flows.
