Staff Product Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Own product engineering across silicon bring-up, characterization, qualification, production release, and sustaining.
• Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex product, test, manufacturing, customer, and field issues.
• Improve yield, test efficiency, product performance, and cost of quality.
• Define and execute characterization and qualification strategies for robust product releases.
• Partner with design and test engineering on DFT, test coverage, and bench, ATE, and system correlation.
• Analyze yield, parametric, and reliability data, influence technical decisions, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in semiconductor product engineering, test engineering, or a related role.
• Strong semiconductor industry experience, preferably with power, analog, or mixed-signal products.
• Deep understanding of the product lifecycle from NPI through sustaining, including silicon characterization and production environments.
• Experience with ATE and complex technical and yield-related problem solving.
• Strong data analysis, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
