HSE Safety Coordinator (Energy)

Location: Waco, Texas, United States; travel to projects across the United States and up to 75% regional travel required.

What you will do

• Visit project job sites and perform HSE audits.
• Investigate incidents and support emergency response activities.
• Assist operations with compliance and communication of HSE programs.
• Conduct safety meetings, training sessions, and new-hire orientations.
• Travel to energy infrastructure projects across the United States.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a safety role and 5 years of experience in the oil or gas industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license for the vehicles driven and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time regionally and work on project sites across the United States.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with duct banks, trenching, data centers, underground telecommunications, underground transmission, or mission-critical projects.
• Board of Certified Safety Professionals or Certified Utility Safety Professional credentials.
