Senior HR Business Partner - Strategic Acceleration Office - Hybrid

Location: Bloomfield, Connecticut, United States; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: USD 111,300–185,500 annual salary, plus eligibility for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Translate business priorities into integrated talent and workforce strategies that support performance and growth.
• Advise and challenge senior leaders using data, market insights, and practical recommendations.
• Lead organization design, operating model, capability planning, talent assessment, and succession work.
• Build change strategies that help teams adopt new ways of working and sustain results.
• Shape strategies for attraction, development, engagement, retention, and leadership pipelines.
• Coach leaders and partner across HR on performance, learning, compensation, leadership development, talent reviews, and employee relations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant HR Business Partner experience supporting senior leaders.
• Experience translating business needs into talent, workforce, and organization strategies.
• Experience designing or implementing organization structures, operating models, and talent strategies.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, coaching, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence, challenge, and build trust across organizational levels.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and make practical, data-informed decisions.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Experience supporting transformation, enterprise change, or global workforce strategies.
• Experience partnering with HR centers of expertise in talent, compensation, learning, or leadership development.
