Senior HR Business Partner

Location: Dublin, Ohio, United States; hybrid with three days per week on-site

What you will do

• Advise senior leaders and translate business priorities into people strategies and HR solutions.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning, retention initiatives, and recruitment strategies for critical roles.
• Coach managers and senior leaders on performance management, employee development, team effectiveness, and leadership practices.
• Guide employee relations matters, investigations, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and performance action plans.
• Support organizational redesign, restructuring, M&A activity, change management, and stakeholder communications.
• Analyze engagement, turnover, talent pipeline, and workforce data using HRIS and AI tools, then present recommendations to leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including strategic HRBP work with business leaders.
• Experience in employee relations, talent management, organizational development, recruiting, or leadership coaching.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, with experience leading change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Excellent consulting, influencing, communication, relationship-building, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using HRIS platforms to manage and analyze workforce data; Workday experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial or Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification.
• Experience supporting technology, professional services, business-to-business, matrixed, or internationally distributed organizations.
• Experience with AI-enabled HR tools and workforce analytics platforms.
