Manager, Analytics & BI Product (Power BI)

What you will do

• Own the Analytics & BI product portfolio, roadmap, priorities, and release sequencing across Power BI, semantic layers, MDM, and data stewardship.
• Discover business pain points with Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations, IT, and business unit leaders, translating them into requirements and prioritized backlogs.
• Personally build and maintain Power BI dashboards, Gold-layer dimensional models, star schemas, and governed KPI and metric layers.
• Define, configure, monitor, and extend MDM and data stewardship workflows, including golden-record rules, match/merge logic, and data quality checks.
• Lead a small BI pod hands-on by removing blockers, reviewing releases, maintaining delivery momentum, and coordinating with product and engineering leadership.
• Embed predictive capabilities such as trend forecasts and anomaly flags into BI products and drive adoption through enablement, feedback, demos, and usage analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in BI product management, product delivery, analytics/BI leadership, or a closely related technical or product role.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building or maintaining enterprise BI products, including Power BI, dimensional modeling, semantic layers, MDM, or data stewardship.
• 2+ years of experience managing a team, pod, or significant cross-functional workstream.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise BI, dimensional modeling, semantic layers, KPIs and metrics, MDM, and data stewardship.
• Ability to communicate with field users, functional leaders, technical stakeholders, and executives while prioritizing adoption and measurable business value.
