Product Manager (AI)

Location: Madison, Wisconsin, United States; based in the continental United States. Hybrid preferred, with remote and flexible schedule options.

Salary: $125,000–$135,000 per year, plus bonus program and stock options.

Develops waveform AI and machine learning software that analyzes physiological sensor data to improve healthcare workflows, including sleep diagnosis and study management.

What you will do

• Research the sleep industry and customer problems, then translate findings into product recommendations.
• Identify, pitch, define, and prioritize product opportunities across departments.
• Explain product value to marketing and review product-use-case content.
• Create whiteboard mockups, test concepts with users, and collaborate with UX designers on product requirements.
• Break ambiguous projects into releasable slices and validate progress through demos.
• Represent the company in partnerships and collaborate with product managers at partner organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; PMP certification is a bonus.
• 1–3 years of product management experience with a shipped software product, including relevant experience in product design or project management.
• At least 1 year of prior healthcare experience, preferably in digital healthcare SaaS, regulated medical devices, DME, or clinician workflow organizations.
• Experience with issue-ticketing systems such as Jira, Forecast, or GitHub Issues, plus Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong communication, collaboration, partnering, and presentation skills with technical and external stakeholders.
• Must legally reside and be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
