Senior Product Manager (Healthcare AI)

What you will do

• Own the Coding Data Platform product roadmap and prioritize engineering, client, and platform needs.
• Define client and retrieval-business data integration strategies and guide adoption of the Document Services layer and universal document identifiers.
• Automate the project setup lifecycle from data receipt through downstream availability, while defining actionable pipeline performance metrics.
• Maintain standardized data specifications and ingestion profiles for Medicare Advantage, ACA, and Medicaid programs.
• Define dual-load strategies, rollback windows, and routing logic for migrations to next-generation infrastructure.
• Coordinate Data Integration, ML Platform, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Retrieval, Operations, and Client Success teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in data platforms or data integration.
• Experience leading or supporting a multi-team platform migration.
• Technical fluency in data pipeline architecture, database replication, and API design without needing to write code.
• Ability to own complex problems and deliver results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.

• Experience with cloud-based document repositories.
• Experience with Snowflake or Databricks.
• Experience with OCR or document ingestion pipelines.
