Traveling Community Operations Support Manager

Location: Denver, Colorado, USA; extensive travel required, with up to 75% of the year or three weeks per month on the road or in the air. Candidates must have easy access to a large airport.

Salary: USD 95,000–110,000 per year, plus an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Provide operational coverage as an acting Community Manager for communities with vacant leadership positions.
• Manage property operations, profitability, financial direction, budgets, and forecasts across assigned communities.
• Oversee outreach, marketing, staff training, supervision, and team development.
• Support regional offices and property operations across assigned locations.
• Assist property and regional leadership with action plans resulting from operational audits.

Requirements

• Ability and expectation to travel at least 75% of the time, with easy access to a large airport.
• At least five years of experience in community operations.
• At least two years of experience in a direct Community Management role.
• Experience managing large properties and supervising multiple sites.
• Strong team-building, coaching, training, communication, customer service, and financial performance skills.
