Multi-Site Community Manager (Property Management)

Salary: USD 72,000–76,000 per year

What you will do

• Direct operations for Mezzo and Tremont Apartment Homes in Atlanta.
• Lead and develop a team of at least three direct reports.
• Manage leasing and maintenance team members and facilitate leasing activities.
• Oversee property budgets, revenue growth, and operational and financial goals.
• Provide high-quality service to residents and team members.
• Ensure adherence to legal standards and company policies.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in sales, customer service, and asset management, preferably in property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurants.
• One to three years of experience leading a team.
• Proven ability to mentor and coach diverse team members.
• Experience using sales processes and metrics to drive results.
• General understanding of financials and budgets.
• Knowledge of property management systems and tools such as OneSite, SmartRent, or Salesforce.
