What you will do

• Lead client engagements from pre-sale through up-sell, acting as a credible expert in solving complex investment workflow challenges.
• Conduct tailored product demonstrations for portfolio managers and research analysts to showcase the value of hirify.global's AI solutions.
• Partner with the marketing team to develop content resonant with specific asset classes and investment strategies.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer to synthesize feedback and help the sales team develop effective strategies.
• Tailor the introduction of new solutions to meet specific customer needs and drive adoption.
• Conduct ongoing research and analysis on customers and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in New York City (On-site role).
• 2+ years of front-office experience at a large asset manager as a research analyst, associate, or related investment role.
• Proven sales or client-facing experience, including business development or managing institutional client relationships.
• Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to engage executive-level decision-makers.
• Strong curiosity about AI's potential to transform financial services.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
