Senior Director, Data, Analytics and AI

Location: New York, New York, United States

Base pay range: $187,000–$234,000 per year, plus incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Develop, sell, and deliver Data, Analytics and AI advisory solutions that modernize client data ecosystems and enable advanced analytics.
• Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, account expansion, cross-practice collaboration, and strategic partnerships.
• Lead complex client engagements from strategy through execution, ensuring delivery quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Advise executive stakeholders on data strategy, governance, analytics transformation, cloud platforms, AI readiness, responsible AI, and intelligent automation.
• Shape service offerings, methodologies, accelerators, proposals, thought leadership, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Mentor consulting professionals and build a high-performing Data, Analytics and AI talent community.

Requirements

• 15+ years of consulting or industry experience in data, analytics, AI, digital transformation, or related advisory services.
• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Proven success building, selling, and delivering consulting solutions while exceeding revenue and business development targets.
• Deep expertise in data strategy, governance, data quality, master data management, data architecture, business intelligence, advanced analytics, and AI.
• Experience with modern cloud data ecosystems such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Strong executive presence, communication, relationship management, presentation, team leadership, and prioritization skills.

• Relevant certifications in data, analytics, cloud technologies, AI, or project management.
