AI Strategy Consultant (AI)

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

What you will do

• Conduct deep-dive assessments of target companies’ AI strategies, data infrastructure, and technical maturity.
• Partner with engagement leads to manage private equity and corporate sponsor relationships.
• Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into actionable strategic recommendations for investment committees.
• Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to define AI solutions within sponsor-backed assets.
• Own discrete workstreams within diligence engagements, from research through deliverable production.

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model (3 days/week in office)
• 2-3+ years of professional experience in top-tier consulting, private equity, or AI technology companies.
• Strong technical literacy in AI/ML with the ability to evaluate data pipelines and model strategies.
• Exceptional analytical skills and executive-level communication abilities.
• Ownership mindset with experience thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
