Marketing Strategy & Operations Consultant (AI)

Location: Bay Area, hybrid with three days onsite. Candidates should live within reasonable commuting distance of a hirify.global office or approved coworking location in the United States. Client engagements may require onsite work at client locations.

Base salary: $130,600–$135,700 for Senior Consultant or $140,000–$147,000 for Associate Manager, plus an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Translate leadership priorities into integrated operating plans, timelines, delivery plans, and success metrics.
• Own complex, multi-workstream initiatives from planning through execution across enterprise technology client engagements.
• Design and evolve operating models, workflows, reporting frameworks, dashboards, trackers, and documentation.
• Lead the responsible adoption of AI by identifying use cases and embedding AI-enabled insights into workflows.
• Coordinate collaboration across marketing, creative, analytics, and delivery teams while guiding Associate Managers and project contributors.
• Support client delivery, business development, pitches, proposals, and operational readiness for new engagements.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or strategy within consulting, agency, or technology environments.
• Fluent AI expertise with proven success embedding AI-enabled insights into workflows and delivering measurable improvements.
• Experience leading complex initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders and supporting client delivery or business development.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, analytical thinking, and process-improvement skills.
• Experience building tables, slide decks, dashboards, and operational tools.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree and legal authorization to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
