Marketing Strategy & Operations Senior Consultant (AI)

Location: Los Angeles Metro Area, hybrid, with attendance at hirify.global offices and client sites twice a month as needed. Consultants must work from a hirify.global office or approved coworking location at least three days per week between client engagements and reside within a reasonable commuting distance. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Base salary for Senior Consultant: $130,600–$135,700 annually, plus an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Translate leadership priorities into operating plans, timelines, resourcing models, delivery plans, and success metrics.
• Own complex, multi-workstream marketing initiatives from planning through execution.
• Design and evolve scalable operating models, workflows, reporting frameworks, dashboards, trackers, and documentation.
• Track OKRs, KPIs, and marketing performance while identifying inefficiencies and driving process improvements.
• Lead responsible AI adoption, identify high-impact use cases, and embed AI-enabled insights into operational workflows.
• Coordinate marketing, creative, analytics, and delivery teams while supporting client growth, pitches, and proposals.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or strategy within consulting, agency, or technology environments.
• Fluency in AI, with proven success embedding AI-enabled insights into workflows and delivering measurable improvements.
• Experience leading complex initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders and supporting client delivery or business development.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, analytical thinking, and process-improvement skills.
• Experience building tables, slide decks, dashboards, and operational tools.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree; legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
