Director, Data, Analytics, & AI

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States

Base pay range: $170,000–$213,000 per year. Other compensation includes incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead delivery of Data, Analytics, and AI advisory engagements, including enterprise AI and data strategy and transformation.
• Manage end-to-end project execution and key workstreams across complex programs while ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
• Build client relationships, advise senior stakeholders, and collaborate with engagement leaders and sales teams on proposals, RFPs, and go-to-market activities.
• Support revenue growth through business development, account expansion, and sales pursuits.
• Develop differentiated offerings, including capabilities, tools, accelerators, and methodologies.
• Mentor team members and collaborate across practices to deliver integrated, cross-functional solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of consulting experience at a major consulting firm, including client engagements in Data and AI Strategy and Transformation.
• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
• Experience with AI-led business transformation, AI enablement and governance, data strategy and governance, master data management, and data quality.
• Knowledge of AI and data architecture and design, including data mesh and data fabric concepts.
• Experience with cloud and data platforms and migration or reengineering projects, such as GCP, Azure, AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake.
• Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, client relationship, and proposal development skills.
