Business Analytics Advisor - Clinical Analytics (Healthcare)

Salary: 98,200–163,600 USD annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Lead complex analytics initiatives evaluating clinical programs and solutions across cost, quality, and outcomes.
• Design and execute systematic literature reviews, meta-analyses, matched case-control studies, and experimental or quasi-experimental evaluations.
• Develop statistical and predictive models for risk stratification, behavior-change assessment, and opportunity identification.
• Translate large-scale healthcare data into recommendations for clinical and business leaders.
• Partner with clinical, operations, product, pharmacy, and behavioral health stakeholders on analytic strategy and testing plans.
• Communicate findings to non-technical audiences and uphold rigorous analytic standards.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in biostatistics, epidemiology, health economics, health services research, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, data science, or outcomes research.
• Strong foundation in statistical modeling, evaluation research design, and applied analytics.
• Proficiency in at least one of Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with healthcare datasets, including claims, utilization, and diagnostic codes.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate in a matrixed organization, and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

Nice to have

• Recent experience with program evaluation, outcomes research, or health services research methods.
• Experience presenting findings through publications, presentations, or internal thought leadership.
